Return conditions and warranty

  • ​We are committed to supplying the highest quality products that meet the philosophy of the studio and the international and quality standards set by the Lithuanian Chamber of Probation. The products are marked with the quality marks required in Lithuania: praba, gem certificate.

  • We provide an exclusive 2 years guarantee for our products. We provide the opportunity to repair the purchased items in the future quickly and at a favorable price.

  • Photos and texts of the products may differ slightly from the actual image. If the received product corresponds to the price paid and the differences are minor, we are not responsible for these possible errors in visual and textual material.​

  • If you wish to return jewelry, please notify us of your plans by e-mail. We will sent an act of return/exchange of the product and suggest the best way to do it.

Returns in case of purchasing a defective product 

  • ​Return in case of purchasing a defective product is managed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.363, Paragraph 7) and the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.

  • In the event that the reason for returning the product is the purchase of a product of inappropriate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product, when the product is of inappropriate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, i.e. the is no damage caused by the buyer's improper use, no unaltered parts, etc.

  • We keep our right to perform an examination of the product's quality and assess the origin of the damage. We could charge you for the repair services if the cause is determined to be mechanical damage or the result of natural wear and tear.

  • According to Article 6.363, Part 1, Clause 10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller is responsible for the defects of the item that become apparent within two years from the handover of the item, if the law or the contract does not provide for a longer term.

  • You can submit a request/complaint about a product or service purchased in our online store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail:, phone: 8 5 262 67 51, fax: (8 5 ) 279 1466, on the website (also for territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in counties).

Returns in case of quality goods

  • According to the Order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (June 29, 2011 No. 217), high-quality jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. This rule applies after purchasing the items at a physical point of sale (Zakarti studio).

  • A user who purchased a piece of jewelry in the eshop, has the right within 14 days to return an item for any reason. The specified deadline of 14 days for submitting a written request starts counting from the day of handing over the product(s) to the buyer or his authorized representative. Such items can be returned within 14 days. if:

    • the returned item is in its original undamaged packaging;

    • the product is unused and undamaged;

    • the product has not lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films, bags are not torn, etc.);

    • the product was not manufactured according to the buyer's individual order or ordered specifically for the customer (f.e.: it was not in stock and this was indicated before the purchase);

    • goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned  due to the loss of their commercial properties;

    • the document of the purchase (confirmation of the order) is presented.​

  • When returning quality goods, the buyer is responsible for all transportation costs related to the return. Please deliver the product to our Zakarti studio.

  • We keep the right to check the returned goods at the Lithuanian Probate Chamber to make sure that the goods are returned as they were sent. This is especially applicable when purchasing items with gemstones. Only after receiving the results of the analysis we will be able to refund the money.

  • After the buyer returns the goods, we will refund the amount paid no later than within 14 days after receiving the goods.
