We cover all delivery costs to post mashines (Omniva, LP Express) for orders in Lithuania. We will contact you to agree on exact post mashine address.

 

Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 working days (if all ordered e-shop products are manufactured).

We can arrange delivery to Omniva post mashines in Estonia and Latvia, but please contact our e-shop managers and agree such delivery details and pricing.

By courier

You can choose delivery to the selected address for an additional delivery fee. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 working days (if all ordered e-shop products are manufactured).

We can arrange delivery to other countries (f.e.: England, Ireland, Latvia, etc.), but please contact our e-shop managers and agree such delivery details and pricing.

Insurance

If you wish, we can take care of delivery insurance. Please select such option at the check out when placing an order.

Pick-up at our studio

You can pick up the ordered jewelry at our Zakarti studio at Švitrigailos str. 7 (3rd floor), Vilnius. Please agree your arrival time in advance.

Delivery information

Terms

  • After receiving the payment, we will ship the order within 1-2 working days (if all ordered e-shop products are manufactured).
     

  • In rare cases, the jewelry studio may have to wait for materials from suppliers, so e-store items may take up to 3 weeks to produce.
     

  • We can also receive a lot of orders at once, so some items may no longer be available. In the event of such exceptional circumstances, we will inform you immediately.

Recipient information

  • Please provide your address correctly. The exact postal code, which you can find on the Lithuanian Post website, is especially important. When registering, please enter personal data accurately and in an orderly manner - in capital letters, with Lithuanian characters, punctuation marks in the necessary places, correct abbreviations - st. / district etc. For example:

  • In case of inaccuracies in the address provided by you, we cannot take responsibility for late or lost parcels.
     

  • When ordering, don't forget to leave your phone number so that the delivery company could update you on the status. This number is only used for delivery, after delivery, if you are not a registered user, your contact information will be deleted.

Process

  • Once you have paced the order and completed payment, you will receive an email confirming your order details and delivery information.
     

  • We will keep you updated on the progress of the delivery. However, if you still have not received the ordered goods or information about the delivery progress in 7 days after the payment, please contact us.

Other taxes and obligations

  • If you will not receive the item because the shipping company returns it due to an incorrect address, we expect you to cover the additional shipping costs. We will contact you immediately and let you know.
     

  • If the order is delivered outside the European Union, you become the importer of the products. In this case, the price in the invoice provided by us will be calculated after deducting the taxes applicable in Lithuania.

  • Buyers residing outside the European Union are responsible for paying all import and customs duties. Customers are also responsible for providing all accurate information and documents required by their country's customs in the correct form.
